Meeting Facilitation
Pasted Graphic 1
New Directions uses innovative participation processes to ensure rapid and dynamic development and implementation of strategy and decisions that overcomes much of the resistance experienced with traditional methodologies. These processes often involve large groups in simultaneous dialogue and include Appreciative Inquiry. Open Space Technology and Future Search Conferences. They have some major advantages over conventional meetings and conferences (click here for more information on some different large group processes)

Key Benefits
• We work in partnership with you and focus on your goals
• We design and implement the right set of processes for your organisation and timescale
• We have network links with people and organisations to provide professionally staged events
