Communications, Influencing and Negotiation
Using our own models developed by practical work with managers from over 40 countries over a period of 25 years, we focus on developing individual skills. Versions have been designed for specific applications such as cross-cultural/ international situations, negotiation by telephone, working in remote teams, interviewing, presenting and performance management. Delivery capability in French, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch language, with dual local language/English tutors.

Cross cultural awareness and application
We focus on communication skills in the context of the diversity of cultural difference, whether that difference is due to nationality, language, race, gender, age, religion, profession, function, or any of the other potential differences that exist. We also work in the area of understanding and changing organisation culture. Over the past twenty five years we have worked in, and with people from Africa; North, Central and South America; the Middle East; India & Pakistan: Asia: Australia & New Zealand: and Western, Central and Eastern Europe. Our consultants live in these regions and can work in a number of languages—English, French, Dutch, German, Spanish and Italian. Cultural training is conducted in collaboration with strategic partners InterConnect SARL and Diversophy.
