The new edition of Cuttings is now published - in this edition I quote some chilling information from a number of research surveys inthe USA on the extent of employee abuse and bullying and its effects on the bottom line. And on a more positive notw, Rules of Engagement investigates how to engage employees and have a positive impact on the bottom line. Plus - as usual at this time of year - I have collected a bumber set of quotations and snippets to pass the time during the winter months. One of my favourites is a peom by George Rrurrambu the Aboriginal songwriter, who died earlier this year:
