blog for the past two months as i have been on an
extended holiday visiting St Helena in the South
Atlantic, and then getting back to earning money :-)
But now, a new edition of Cuttings, and in it a look at the values of the different generations in the workforce today (and Generation Y loves travelling and sabbaticals - unfortunately I am in the Baby Boomer agegroup!). And a book review - something new for Cuttings, but it is a significant book for organisational change agents, so I thought it worth sharing. And I am inclined to continue with book reviews in the future - let me know wht you think.
