Let your people take you higher!

I was inspired by this headline in the recent People Management magazine, so i converted it into the lead article in this edition of Cuttings.

Involving staff in difficult decisions can not only mean that you get the best decisions (60% of the good ideas for change come from employees and only 6% from bosses) but you also get rapid, cost effective implementation and an increase in employee engagement and productivity. Not a bad payoff in these difficult times!
