Change Management in Difficult Times

You only have to turn on the TV or radio or look at a newspaper to realise that we are in difficult times. Whether the pundits are right or wrong about how bad it is now and is going to get, it is certainly a recession beyond the experience of almost anyone of working age today. Doing more of the same is not an option.
Different times need different responses. Here are a couple to help you:
